Community Faith Initiative Brings Hope to Local Families

This week, Assyrian Gospel Church launched a new outreach program focused on supporting families in need through prayer, food assistance, and spiritual encouragement.

Church leaders shared that the initiative is rooted in biblical teachings of compassion and service, aiming to strengthen both faith and community bonds. Volunteers gathered to distribute care packages and offer personal prayer to attendees, creating a welcoming environment for all.

“This is about living out the Gospel in a practical way,” one ministry leader explained. “We want people to experience God’s love through action.”

The church plans to expand the program in the coming weeks, including youth involvement and bilingual devotion gatherings in English and Assyrian (Sureth), reinforcing cultural and spiritual identity together.
